Yes the news is confirm that demerger is done and 2 more companies will be created.
Profit: Person having 3 shares of gvfilms will get 1 each share of new company
Loss: The hidden surprise is the person having 10 shares of 10 each be reduced to 1 share of 10
Net Profit/loss : 10 shares @ 10 (FV) your investment Rs.100
After demerger
1 share of gv film @ 10 - 10
18 share of new 2 companies @ 1 - 18
Your total investment after demerger which is Rs.100 is reduced to Rs.28 and there is a direct loss of Rs.72

I recived a news for the company that they are going to form new 2 companies and shareholders of g v films will gate 1 share each of every three shares of gv film company, prospects are so good it is good and chip stock of media sector.
