Its good way of sending money , but remit to india doesnot have good Procedural steps for Problems. I had sent money 18 days and still the money is not credited into my account in india. When i called teh Customer care they tell me everytime same that they r following up...Its really hurts if they have A SPECIFIC PATH TO ESCALTE AND GET CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. They simpley told me to call local bank and find out the problem itseems which is absurd, as i stay in US its meaningless to me call India bank for Solution. remit to india simply says that we had instructed to credit into my account in india and they say their job is done itseems. but i feel that they Sh`d take Complete responsibility til money credits into India account. I am very upset about the PROCESS which they folow nor teh systems which they have to SOLVE this type of problems. I dont blame remit to india but they sh`d take care till money gets deposited into accounts. ITS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY. The worst thing is that a customer you cant even call nor they even doesnt have GRIVENCE or Complaint Cell..I feel that this problem might be unique but Sh`d be Answered ..REMIT TO INDIA DOESNt take responsibility in handling problems while sending things..they jus say email us tahts it....Pl viweres take care and act accordingly.
